You see them daily. Motorists who make sudden stops because they are driving too close to the car in front. Motorists who wait at green lights and won't position their car in the intersection to make a left turn. Who talk on their mobile phones while driving, who don't signal three times minimum before coming over into your lane, etc. Now, we have something that we can do to offset these types of driving behaviors.
