Night Driving Glare

When faced with a line of vehicles approaching from the opposite direction with bright headlights on a two-lane road,
we can reduce the glare by temporarily activating the overhead courtesy light(s) until the line of vehicles has passed.
It is unnecessary to delve into the mechanics of why this method is effective; it simply is, and it proves to be far more efficient than looking towards the side of the road or squinting, both of which can lead to a loss of vehicle control.
